1. Our Safety Commitment
Fambuk does not permit content or activity involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of children, trafficking, or other conduct that endangers children.
Content or accounts found to violate these standards may be subject to immediate enforcement action.
2. Reporting on Fambuk
Fambuk provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report posts, videos and other content or activity they believe violates our rules.
Reports may be reviewed by the Fambuk team using our moderation tools. Users may also contact us directly for child-safety concerns.
3. Content Moderation and Removal
Where content violates Fambuk's rules, appropriate moderation action may include removing the relevant post or video.
The action taken depends on the nature and seriousness of the reported or identified violation and the information available during review.
4. Account Suspension and Banning
Fambuk has account enforcement controls that allow accounts to be suspended or banned where appropriate.
- Accounts may be suspended while serious violations or safety concerns are addressed.
- Accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations may be banned.
- Serious child-safety violations may result in permanent account action.
5. Child Sexual Abuse Material and Illegal Content
Fambuk has zero tolerance for CSAM and CSAE. Confirmed prohibited content may be removed promptly and relevant account enforcement action may be taken.
Where required by applicable law, Fambuk may preserve relevant information and cooperate with or report matters to appropriate law-enforcement or other competent authorities.
6. User Content and Account Controls
Users have controls to manage their own presence on Fambuk. Users can delete posts and videos they have created and can permanently delete their Fambuk account through the account security settings.
These controls are separate from Fambuk's ability to remove content or take account action when platform rules or safety standards are violated.
7. Safety Review and Enforcement
Fambuk may review reports and relevant account or content information to assess possible violations. Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include content removal, account suspension or account banning.
Information connected with serious reports or enforcement may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal obligations or dispute handling.
